We plan backwards from the fixed points - the ceremony time, the photographs, the meal - and build the transfers around them rather than hoping the traffic cooperates. The bar area, the flutes and the napkins are all provided as standard, and any of it can simply be left unused. ### School proms and under-18 bookings White and pink sixteen-seaters take the biggest share of our prom bookings, usually organised by a group of parents. Every under-18 hire is strictly alcohol-free - the driver will not depart with alcohol on board - and parents are given a written collection time before the night. Prom arrivals are often controlled by the school, with a designated drop-off point and a queue of vehicles. Tell us which entrance the cars are being directed to and we will plan the approach and the waiting position around it. ### The bar, the bubbly and what to ask for The bar sits at the front of the passenger cabin with ice buckets on both sides, so drinks are poured within reach of the seating rather than passed the length of a moving car. Clean champagne flutes and napkins come with every booking, and chilled bubbly is included in most. Ask about the details that matter for your occasion rather than a generic feature list: whether the bridal party will be getting in and out repeatedly, where a dress will sit, whether you want the car positioned for a particular photograph. Those answers change what we recommend far more than a specification sheet does. ### Sixteen seats or eight If nine or more people are travelling, take the sixteen-seat white Excursion; the extra room is worth more than the saving, particularly when there are dresses and suits involved. If it is six to eight and the journey is short, the white eight-seat Lincoln is the sensible booking and can reach addresses this car cannot. Above sixteen, one limousine is the wrong answer.
